The Advertising & PR Agency No. 8 team staged a customer event on 22 March 2019 to celebrate the day of the 10th anniversary of PARUS fitness club chain.
We were asked:
To write the event script, secure the buy-in of partners and sponsors in the premium segment, and design the event in detail for a new site, making sure we preclude any unforeseen irregularities.
Not only did we procure the delivery of some 40 premium gifts (including diamond jewellery), integrate a fashion show, organize partners’ exhibitions onsite, and created a themed installation for the photo shoot; we actually saved money for the customer by using the PR tools smartly.
Result: 98% of the guests were satisfied.
